As you are aware we will be selling all bales only after they have been tested as we have been doing in case of Fair grade. Similarly in case of Super and Faq grade for each lot classification will be communicated to the zone office by Khetan Bhavan. Only after receiving classification from Khetan Bhavan any lot can be offered for selection. In no case any lot can be offered for selection without receiving grading from Khetan Bhavan. Complaints were received in past that sometimes lots are kept reserved informally. This needs to be monitored closely and no such incidence should occur.

Once classification is communicated by Khetan Bhavan, no approval below that classification for that particular lot should be done.

We have decided to give priority in selection to buyers who make full payment within 5 days from the date of confirmation of the entire allotted quantity. This needs to be followed strictly to avoid any scope of complaints. This should be implemented on first come first serve basis.
