CIRCULAR
Sub: Deposit / Fees for Broker Registration
In accordance with terms and conditions for the registration of brokers vide Circular No. CTN/SS/99-2000/Brokers/ dated 24-04-2000, it was binding on the broker to deposit following amounts.

On reexamining the issue of broker's deposit (Registrataion fees), it has been decided to reduce brokers deposits in case of individual / Proprietor of the firm from Rs.25000/- to Rs.5000/- (Tweity Five thousand to Five thousand) and that for the partnership firm/ Institution's from Rs.50000/- to 10000/- (Rs.Fifty thousand to ten thousand ). i.e. at par with circular dated 04-04-1998.
This change will be applicable from 18-6-2001.
