This is with reference to your application dated ___/___/_____ in respect of modernisation of Ginning an Pressing factories. MSCCGMF Ltd. as brought out the modernisation scheme and made known to all vide letter No.HO/PP/GP/2000-2001/322/1676 dated 21-07-2000. In case ginning and pressing factories provides the complete facilities in all respect as mentioned in the above letter from Sr.No.6 to 12 and Sr.No.13 to 17 after examination, if found to the entire satisfaction of MSCCGMF Ltd., then to such factories MSCCGMF Ltd. will make available cotton for processing on priority basis.

In case more than one ginning pressing factory in the area of one procurement centre provides all essential facilities, entire to the satisfaction of MSCCGMF Ltd., then available cotton will be distributed equally tosuch factories.
