The Rates of incentive for moderniztion of Ginning & Pressing factories.
(Extra Incentive rates other than regular Ginning & Pressing rates)

If extra essential arrangements are made by Ginning & Pressing factories for modernisation as under.
Extra incentive rates payable.
1.
 Pucca Compound wall of 6 feet height with a room for watchman near factory gate. Rs.1.00 per quintal of lint.

Pucca Oatas for storing raw cotton and cotton seed:
Cement Concrete platform for keeping kapas and cotton seeds. Platform should be 1.5 feet of height covered with bricks, stone block by cement concrete. Iron hooks may be provided for four sides of the platform and peaching by stone, around the platform. At the place where 12(twelve), Double Roller Gin machine untis installed, one month storage capacity means 6,000 quintals raw cotton or more storage capacity is available.

 Rs.0.30 paise per sq.ft. per month maximum for 6 months (Rs.1.00 per quintal of lint.)

 Overhead Tank: Factory should provide overhead Watertank of minimum capacity of 20,000 litres & it should be on more than 20 feet height with Hidrunt pipe connections. Rs.0.50 paise per quintal of lint.
4. If road of cement or stone block measuring 4 feet width provided for carrying cotton from cotton heap to Gin House. Rs.0.25 paise per quintal of lints.
5. .If road of cement or stone block measuring 6 feet width provided for carrying cotton from cotton heap to Gin House. Rs.0.15 paise per quintal of lint.
6. Pneumatic suction pipe alongwith stone catcher for carrying cotton from cotton heap to Ginning Rs.6.00 per quintal of lint.
7. Installation of Pre-cleaner for cleaning raw cotton. Rs.7.00 per quintal of lint.
8. To carry cotton from Pre-cleaner to Gin platform by pneumatic system and installation of auto feeder. Rs.5.00 per qunital of lint.
9. To carry out lint by pneumatic system or conveyor from each Gin to end of Gin House. Rs.10.00 per quintal of lint.
10. To carry out lint by conveyor or pneumatic system from Gin House to Pala house. Rs.15.00 per quintal of lint.
11. Installation of cotton seed elevator or conveyor for carrying cottonseed by suction pipe line from Gin House to Cottonseed heap. Rs.3.00 per quintal of lint.
12. Arrangement for required humidification for keeping humidity in Gin House. Rs.4.00 per quintal of lint.
13. Arrangement of lint pre-cleaner Rs.7.00 per FP Bale.
14. Carrying lint from Pala house to baling press through conveyor or pneumatic suction pipe. Rs.7.00 per FP Bale.

Pala House
 A) Size 30' x 40' (two) 2 Pala Houses, OR
B) Size 30' x 40' (four) 4 Pala Houses
Rs.6.00 per FP Bale.
Rs.10.00 per FP Bale.
16. Installation of Humidification in Pala House and Press house for keeping required humidification. Rs.4.00 per FP Bale.
17. Installation of sprinklers in Pala House to extinguish fire. Rs.1.00 per FP Bale.
18. Century packing
Bale should be covered fully from all sides using extra side coverings and if necessary by marking alteration in press box using essential extra hessain cloth and engaging extra labourers.		 Rs.3.30 per FP Bale.
