Arrangement of CWC/SWC storage facility of Cotton Bales to the Mills

The Maharashtra State Coop. Cotton Growers' Marketing Federation Ltd, Mumbai pleased to announce the Central/State Warehousing Facility for Federation's F.P.Cotton bales. In Coimbatore, Madurai, Banglore, Hyderabad, Panipat, Chandigarh, Ludhiyana.

il the above facility may put their demand in their offer submitted for the purchase of F.P. Cotton bales. The terms and conditions of this facility will be available in our all Sales Offices Telephone Nos. are given below

1. If Buyer wants to avail Central/State Warehousing Godown fcility then buyer has to arrange the space for storage of Bales in State / Central Warehousing godown. All storage expenses shall have to be born by the Buyers.

2. The Godown rent shall be fixed by buyer with Warehousing Authorities including Insurance and rent & insurance paid by Buyer.

3. All the handling and transportation charges shall be born by the buyer.

4. The possession of the godown would be with State / Central Warehousing under its own lock and key and the stocks of cotton bales would be accepted delivered in the presence of its authorised representative on production of necessary documents to be issued by the MSCCGMF Ltd. and the agreement of S/CWC facility should be entered between Buyer and M.S.C.C.G.M.F. Ltd., in prescribed proforma.

5. After receipt of Bales in State / Central Warehousing Godown then State/ Central Warehousing authorities should give acknowledgement in prescribed proforma to the M.S.C.C.G.M.F. Ltd.

6. In case of failure to lift the contracted bales by Buyer stored in CWC / SWC within D.P. by the Federation, then this agreement will be automatically transferred in the name of Federation. From such transferred date Federation shall be responsible for the CWC/ SWC rent, and CWC / SWC will effect delivery as per instruction of MSCCGMF Ltd.
