Sub: Formation of Sales after Service Cell.
This is to inform all concerned that Federation has adopted the policy of giving priority in services after sales such as issuing allotment letters, approval of bales and provide prompt attention to the problems of buyers occurring till the contract compliance. For implementing this policy Federation has opened Sales after Service Cell and allocated specific zones responsibilities to one manager, which look after the problems of the buyer from the allocated zones. Buyers those who entered in the contract without Brokers are requested to approach to the following officers for their allocated zones for their problems.
