Sub: Changing of bales purchased in auction/ Tender sale/ Regular offers for delivery purpose.

Of  late requests are received from various cotton buyers, who purchase bales either in auction or sealed tender or by giving regular offers, for clubbing the quantity of bales purchased through any of these modes either on the previous day or on the following day of such purchases.

In order to promote sales and to extend the facility in delivery to the cotton buyers the Federation has decided to allow the clubbing of purchase of cotton bales either in auction or sealed tender or regular offer with the purchases thereof through any of these modes, either on the previous day or the following day.  For example, if a particular buyer has purchased some bales in open auction on a particular day, he may be allowed to club the quantity thereof with the prchases of bales through regular offers on the day prior to the date of auction or on the following day of auction. 

All buyers are requested to take a note of the above extended facility.
