Regarding submission of the offers for the purchase of FP Cotton Bales.
1) Earlier Federation was receiving offers even during SPC meeting which normally helds in the evening after 4:30 PM. Now we have charged the time of receiving offers.
2) The Federation has decided to receive the offers to purchase FP Cotton bales upto 2:30 PM only.
3) You are requested to s4end your offers for purchase of cotton FP Bales upto 2:30 PM Daily.
4) Offers received after 2:30 PM will be decided on the next working day SPC as per next working days price list, terms and conditions.
Please note this change and co-operate us.
Above change will be w.e.f. 03-02-2000.
