C I R C U L A R

SUB.:- Brokerage rate for Season 1994-95.

This is further to our announcement of brokerage rate for cotton of 1994-95 season vide our circular CTN/SS/94-95/4292 dated 29-12-94. In view of an appeal from Brokers' fraternity, it has been decided to revise the incentives for various varieties /grades and fix the rates as follows:

The above rates shall be applicable for the sales effected from 15-7-95 till further change.

The above incentives are likely to be changed depending upon the market conditions.

Brokerage shall be paid on only on satisfactory completion of the contract.

In case of the disputed contracts or contracts not fulfilled to the satisfaction of the Federation no brokerage will be allowed.

We hope ow the revised rates shall give enough inducement to our esteemed Brokers to convas more business for our cotton.
