10) WEIGHMENT
OF COTTON SEED : After ginning, cotton seed received will be weighed
in prasence of Federation & party's representative and weighment sheet
will be signod by both Federation and party's representative.
11 ) WEIGHMENT OF BALES : Weighment of the bales ahould be made
after pressing which will be considered for delivery weight and delivery
weight should be signed by the both representative of Federation and party's.
As soon as proceas is completed the material accotmt shall be coropleted
within thrte days op and shortages analysis below norm and above norms
should be completed for the purpose of racovery of amouat.
12) SHORTAGE : Standard norms for the recovery of cotton seed and
lint will be fixed for each variety and grade centerwise. This will be
based on the averages of previous five years. e.g. Any deviatioa from
the standard norms adversely affecting the Federation financially will
be fully compensated by the buyers.e.g. If standard norms are for a centre
/ vatiety / grade in 65% & 35% for recovery of Cottonseed and liatand
in the heap selected by the buyer if after processing the recovery is
66% and 34% respectively than recovery will be presumed as 65% and 35%
and accordingly the differece will be recovered from the buyer. No compensation
will be rtimbursed to buyer ia case of deviation on higher side e.g. if
Recovery is 64% and 36% ete. than no compensation will be payable to buyer.
13) DELIVERY PERIOD : 15 days from the presaing of the bales.
14) DISPUTE : (A) No quatity dispate will be entertained (b) No.
dispute about ginning & pressing quality will be eatertaiaed after
engage G & P factory. (c) No dispute will be entertained once heap
ia selected, in case of fire/ rain damage heap. Option will be of the
Federation to give selection for atternative heaps or to cancel the contract
at par subject to the condition that Federation will not reimburse any
cost incurred by the buyer during the processing. Though Federation will
make all efforts to allow selection of alternative heap.
15) CASH DlSCOUNT : Ceah diacount will be available on the
cotton value paid within two days from the date of pressing for minimum
100 bales at a time on the balance delivery period
16) Heap selection shall be available only in the composite units(G&P
factory list available on our Web site www.mahacot.com.) and also in Zonal
offices
17) Offer should be of close heap duly certified by Ceatre Incharge as
"This is to certify that Heap Number________ of_____ Variety_______
Grade having kapas weight________ qtls Certrs_______ Factory_______ .
This heap was started on dt.____ and closed on dt._______
18) All weighment cost at atl stages and of labourer/supervisor employed
by the buyer excluding delivery weight will have to be borne by buyer.
Mills representative should be authorized by mill and he should produce
letter of authority to the centre. No Centre incharge will entertaain
any person without letter of Authority.
19) Premiam : Rs.700/- p.c. will be charged for the bales pressed
under heap selection
20) Marking on bales will be H.S.
21) If buyer demands altemative heap, discretion will be of the Federation.
Though Federation will make all efforts to allow selection of alternative
heap.
