SUB.: Charging administrative expenses of Rs.70/- per bale to the F.P. Cotton bale buyers and Rs.30/- per bale to the Broker against confirm sales of F.P. Cotton Bales.

In the normal course F.P. Cotton bales buyers /brokers are giving offers which are considered in committee and the decision of the committee communicated to the respective buyer /brokers, in turn buyers /brokers confirm or rejected the decision communicated to them. Buyers those who confirm this decision, shall have to pay deposit of Rs.500/- per bale within 5 days from the date of confirmation.

It has been observed that some of the buyers are not paying the requisite amount of deposit (EMD) and day by day it is noticed that the tendency of not paying the deposit is increasing. In order to curb increasing tendency of not paying requisite deposit (EMD) against the accepted and confirmed sale. SPC decided to charge Rs.70/- per bale to the F.P.Cotton bale buyers and Rs.30/- per bale to the broker related to that sales as administrative charges.
