1. Presently, as per the terms and conditios Of F.P. Cotton Bales
Sale contract, if a buyer wants to take delivery without weight,
it was being allowed by accepting payment on the basis of 49 candies
for 100 bales
2. However, looking to the present trend of average , Press-weight
per bale and to avoid tile delay in issuance of refund oders, the
Federation is please to aannounce that the biyer may be allowed
to take delivery of bales without weight on the basis of 48 candies
for 100 bales.
3. These instructions will come into effect from the date of issue
irrespective of bales pertaining to any season excluding Saw Gin
Factories of Federation at Bahulgaon and Balapur.
4. However, the concerned Zonal Officials are instructed to get
ensure that in no case there should remain any outstanding amount
recoverable (DEBIT BALANCE) from the concerned party against the
contract.
5. Other terms and conditions shall remain unchanged
6. This policy decision has been taken by the Federation to avoid
hardship to our esteemed buyers of F.P. Cotton Bales.
