Sub : Reg. Brokerage rates.

The Maharashtra State Cooperative Cotton Growers Marketing Federation Ltd., Mumbai had finalized brokerage rates vide Circular dt.16.6.2003 as below:-

1) Rs.35/- per bale to the brokers to whom brokerage waspayable at the rate 0.50% on cotton value.

2) Rs.32/- per bale to the brokers to whom brokerage was payable at the rate of 0.45% on cotton value to all varieties of cotton categories grades.

Vide Ref.No.2, it has been decided that henceforth these rates are inclusive of all taxes including service tax etc. (if any) which may please be noted.

All registered brokers and buyers are requested to please take note of the change and submit their brokerage bill accordingly.

This circular is effective for the sales from 30.5.2005 onwards.
