We hereby authorise you to draw on M/s._________________________ ________________________________________________________ Address _______________________________________________for a sum not exceeding Rs._______________________________ (Rs.___________________________________________________) available by your Drafts, drawn on L.C. openers at ____________ days from the date of despatch of bales drawn for 100% of value of bales delivered (i.e. Invoice + Debit Notes) and accompanied by :-
A) Acknowledgment of bales given by any of the representative of L.C. opener regarding receipt of bales.
B) Consignee copy of any Motor Transport Receipt, evidencing the despatch of bales, issued to order of Bank and Marked Freight to pay.
C) Signed Commercial Invoices and Debit Notes, in duplicate.
D) Extract of telegraphic advice to L.C. opener to cover the Transit Insurance, if the party agreed to cover transit insurance for the Federation will cover at the L.C. openers cost.
